Alnasser University Made Football League Championship Debut at Almuraisi Stadium

Almuraisi Stadium witnessed on Sunday the opening of Alnasser University’s football league championship. The debut match took place in the presence of Mr. Fathi Alukaby, Director of Student Affairs and Mutlaq Alsayadi, the coach of University’s football team. Among the sixteen football teams in a competition for the league champion title, four teams have met in the debut matches: Pharmacy Morning Seniors versus Nursing Freshmen; and Administrative Sciences Freshmen versus Pharmacy Morning First-group Freshmen.  Captain Sameer Alzamami was the match referee. In the first match, which was charged with a competitive spirit, the winner was Pharmacy Morning Senior team scoring 10 goals against its opponent that scored nothing. The ten goals were scored as follows: four by Mohammed Khurais; three by Hussain Abu Talib; two by Omar Ba-Ibrahim; and one by Ali Alhakeemi. The second game was almost dominated by the Administrative Sciences Freshmen team who won the match scoring by 6/1. Observing the games, Coach Mutlaq Alsayadi selected a number of skilled players and nominated them for the football team that would represent the University at external league championships.
