FAFS Holds 8th Scholarly Week of Graduation Research Viva Voce

In the presence of Prof Abdullah Tahish, the Chancellor, the 1st session of the 8th scholarly week for 2021/2022 graduation research viva voce was held at Faculty of Administrative and Financial Studies on Sat, 18 June 2022.

A speech was delivered by Prof Tahish at the outset of the viva session in which he praised the efforts made by supervisors and research groups to present such excellent papers. He confirmed that the graduation research papers represent the cornerstone for the students’ postgraduate studies and future career.

For his part, Dr. Fahd Elkhayat, FAFS Dean, appreciated the Chancellor’s support for such scholarly events as research viva voce. He also valued the follow-up and guiding efforts of the faculty and staff members.

The 1st viva voce session comprised the presentation of three research groups specializing in Business Administration and Hospital Management tackling the following topics:

  1. The Impact of Accountability Adoption on the Achievement of Competitive Quality among Yemeni Commercial Companies.
  2. Administrative Development Methods and their Impact on Decision Efficiency in Light of the National Vision.
  3. Impact of Applying Health Quality Administration Principles on Improving Hospital Performance.

The viva session was held at the University’s headquarter in the presence of Prof Omar Eshuja (Dean of Development and Quality Assurance Center), Dr. Fahd Elkhayat (FAFS Dean), Dr. Qais Ennuzaili (Head of IT Department), Mr. Salah Eladlah (Head of Department of Administrative Studies, faculty members, and FAFS students.
