Al-Nasser Football League Kicks off

Refereed by Captain Salah El-Zuraiqi, the first match of Al-Nasser football tournament kicked off last Saturday Dec.10, 2016 at El-Sha’b Stadium. Sixteen football teams that represent the different departments are to participate in the tournament all of which compete for the league trophy.

In the opening game, the Pharma Freshmen played against Admin Sophomore. Throughout the game Admin team overpowered the rival to win by 7/3 goals scored by Abdurrahman El-Sinani, Yosuf El-Haj, and Fakhr El-Ayman. The Pharma goals were scored by Mohammed El-Ruba’ei and Hashim El-Refa’i.

Two games will be held next Monday within the tournament whereupon Pharma Juniors play against Admin Freshmen in the first and Admin Juniors against Information Systems Freshmen in the second.
