Medical Sciences College Launches Second Campaign of Hepatitis B Vaccination

Under the auspices of Dr Ahmed Saif Muharram, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, the Public Health Department at Medical Sciences College has launched the second campaign of Hepatitis Vaccination. The campaign gave the vaccines to students, staff of the college along with their families, and faculty members in the presence of Dr. AbdulKarim ALzomor, Dean of the College, Nasser Alkadah, Director of the Public Health Department, and Dr. Muhammad Alghazali, Head of Pharmacology. The campaign, that aims to immunize against Hepatitis, seeks also to alert the public to the dangers of such diseases and how to prevent infection. The two-day campaign confirms the sense of responsibility felt by the University towards the public and raising people’s hygiene awareness. It is noteworthy that the first campaign, launched by the University on February 29, had a high turnout of staff, students, and their family members.
