Partnership Agreement between University and SALEKON

An agreement has been signed by the University with SALEKON Organization for Education, Science and Scholarships. The agreement is meant to enhance the academic partnership and cooperation between the two parties in terms of training, consulting, education, and exchange of expertise.

During the meeting held at the University, Dr. Mohammed Elkuhali, Dean of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, welcomed the Organization’s delegation comprised of: Dr. Abdul Fattah Elshehari, Chairman of the Board of Trustees; Mr. Hamza Elgheila, Director of Public Relations and Marketing; Mr. Jamal Elnedhari, Director of International Programs and the Head of Training Center at Sana’a University; and Mr. Mustafa Mahmoud, Coordinator of Training Programs. He highlighted the fact that Al-Nasser University has always sought to establish good relationships with educational institutions and academic organisations for the sake of having an integrated community partnership where students can enrich their professional potential for future careers.

For his part, Chairman of the Board of Trustees at SALEKON, Dr. Abdul Fattah Elshehari, revealed that only two agreements have been signed by the Organization this year in Yemen; with Al-Nasser University and University of Science and Technology. By electing the two universities for partnership, the Organization could invest its activities with renowned universities that observe well quality standards.

Thereafter, Dr. Ahmed Saif Muharram, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, handed Al-Nasser shield-memento over to the Organization’s Chairman. Dr. Muharram congratulated both parties on having the agreement that would reinforce community partnership.

It is noteworthy that SALEKON is the first academic organization officially approved by Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Yemen (Cert. no. 102). In addition, it is licensed by Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour (Cert. no. 605). It operates in the fields of training and qualifying university students as well as providing scholarships for brilliant students in accordance with SALEKON academic standards. The Organization’s headquarter is located in Sana’a while it has a network of regional offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dubai, Cairo, Malaysia and India in addition to branches in Egypt, Djibouti, Malaysia, Sudan, Yemen and Somalia.
