Al-Nasser Supports Talented Students at Abdunnaser High School

Prof Abdullah Tahish (the Chancellor) had a visit to Jamal Abdunnaser High School for talented students. The visit came to confirm the University’s interest in building strong community partnerships and improving the national educational standards.

He met there Dr. Khaled  Abdullah Yahya, the Academic Deputy Headmaster who expressed his sense of appreciation to the University. Dr. Khaled noted that Al-Nasser had a pioneering role in and significant contributions to community development. According to him, by going ahead in its continuous support to the school, Al-Nasser has always provided a good example for other universities.

The Chancellor discussed with the School’s management how to build a mutual partnership through enhancing the programs that can be sponsored by the University which offer the necessary support to the talented students and training courses to teachers.

Having a look at the well-equipped labs and other facilities, Al-Nasser delegation started thereafter handing over the lab gowns to the School’s students. The Chancellor urged students to keep on their diligent study confirming AL-Nasser’s readiness to admit the talented students into its various programs.

The Chancellor remarked that Abdunnaser High School is one of the best schools well-known for its brilliant cadre, efficient administration, and talented students. He invited parents to support the school with lab equipments so that it can unleash its potential.

For his part, Mr. Sa’ad Addeen El-Moalimi (Deputy Headmaster for Students’ Affairs) highly appreciated Al-Nasser’s positive and remarkable role in supporting community services and educational activities. So did Mr. Mohammed Murshid (Biology Lab Technician) who, moreover, stressed Al-Nasser’s continuous support and active collaboration. He looked forward to having more educational projects in partnership with the University.

Throughout the visit, the Chancellor was escorted by Dr. Ibtisam El-Mo’ayad (Head of Lab Department) who expressed her willingness to offer the necessary technical assistance whenever required by the School.
