Agreement Signed for Developing University’s Human Resources

An agreement to develop the University’s human resources system has been signed today with the International Center for Human Development ( ICHD).
The agreement, which was signed on behalf of the University by Dr. Ahmed Saif Muharram (CBT), provides that the ICHD is to develop the University’s human resource system and prepare the academic and administrative structure of the University in addition to train the staff.

This agreement is part of the grant received by the University. The grant is provided by Wathbah (LEAP) developmental program  of the Small Micro Enterprise Promotion Service – SMEPS funded by the World Bank. The program aims to improve the performance of the Yemeni  private sector through  offering institutions development grants.
The signing session was attended by Prof. Saeed Alghalibi,  the Chancellor, and Mr. Murshid Al-Aghberi, Director of Personnel Dept. The agreement was signed on behalf of the ICHD by Mr.  Abdurrahman Al-Amer, the Center’s Director.
