Al-Nasser Football Team on Group Stage Top with no Loss in 6th Winter Sports Tournament

AL-Nasser football team occupied the top position of group stage in the 6^th Winter Sports Tournament with a no-defeat record. It achieved a valuable victory with a 3/0 result against the UST team in the game held at Wahdadt Sana’a Club Playground on Thurs, 23 Feb 2023.

Al-Nasser team made an excellent performance throughout the game. It had an absolute control on the match preventing the opponent from reaching its goal. The game ended with a 3/0 result. The goals were scored by Yosuf Errai and Mohammed Khurais. The result qualified Al-Nasser team to be on top of the group stage with a full point record.

The match had the honor of the company of the Chancellor, Prof Abdullah Tahish, who was impressed by the team’s performance and felt proud of them. In addition to the Chancellor, the presence included: Mr. Murshi Al-Aghberi, Director of Human Resources Office who is also the University’s sports principal, Mr. Khaled Elabsi, Head of IT & Technical Support Office, Mr. Arkan Al-Aghberi, the IT Support Officer, Mr. Mohammed Obad, the demonstrator at Civil Engineering Department, and Mr. Nashwan Juhaish, the Academic Affairs Officer.
