ANU’s 1st Consultative Meeting Held

In the presence of Dr. Ahmed Saif Muharram (CBT) and Prof. Abdullah Tahish (the Chancellor), the first consultative meeting was held Saturday morning, June 30, 2018 in preparation for the upcoming academic year 2018/2019.

The meeting stood upon a number of issues related to the preparations for the upcoming academic year as well as checking out the progress in the faculties’ and departments’ plans of action. Several suggestions were made in the meeting that meant to improve the educational services offered by the University so as to become more excellent, complementary, and matching up with academic standards.

Dr. Muharram called for enhancing the ethic of team spirit amid the staff.  He, besides, noted to the importance of everybody’s collaborating efforts to keep up the University’s outstanding position ahead of many other universities.

For his part, Prof Tahish appreciated the staff members’ quality and efficient performance. He confirmed the ANU’s keen will to make the upcoming academic year more distinctive in terms of meeting the high quality measures, ensuring the well-preparation, and avoiding shortcomings.

Participants in the meeting held at Al-Nasser University’s headquarter included: the Secretary General, deans of colleges, heads of departments, Director of Quality & Academic Accreditation Unit, and the heads of administrative departments.
