“This is a powerful initiative,” Dr. Saif points out, “ that would help the private sector efficiently contribute to the development of Yemen.”
At the outset of his speech, Dr. Saif thanked MPIC represented by Dr. Alabasi and Dr. Alsoofi for their positive response to the University’s application for partnership with the Institute.
Noteworthy is that the Arab Planning Institute is an Arab-regional foundation concerned with supporting the development in Arab states through training, encouraging scientific research and publications, offering consultations, and organizing symposiums.
Previous agreements between the institute on the one hand and MPIC and Hadhramout University on the other had been signed last year.
