Chancellor Inspects Aptech Online Exams Progress

An inspecting visit was made by Prof Abdullah Tahish, the Chancellor, to the computer labs of IT Department at Faculty of Engineering and Computer Sciences on Tues, 25 July 2023. The visit was meant to inspect the progress of Aptech online exams for Aptech students at the University.

Aptech online exams are conducted in the end of every semester in coordination with Aptech International Center, India. By the end of their study, the students of IT Department at Al-Nasser University obtain four certificates: a bachelor’s degree from Al-Nasser University and three accredited diplomas from Aptech Center, India. The highest certificate is an advanced diploma in software engineering (ADSE) that qualifies a student to study one additional year at any of Aptech-partner universities all over the world and obtain a bachelor’s degree from the same university.

During the visit, the Chancellor handed over SEM1 CPISM and SEM2 DISM certificates to the students awarded by Aptech Center, India, in the presence of Dr. Qais Ennuzaili, FECS Vice Dean. Being awarded international diplomas prior to graduation is a privilege that only Al-Nasser University students can have.

It is noteworthy that IT Department has started the annual Aptech online exams for advanced levels. The exams of 1^st year students of IT, Cybersecurity, AI, and Data Science programs will be held shortly.
