IT HELP DESK
We pride ourselves on the quality of the learning environment we have created for our students.
At both campuses there is an integrated approach to the provision of learning resources and support, enabling all our students to:
- Use a range of study areas for group, quiet and silent study with wifi for laptops, phones and tablets
- Find an open access PC to work at with a range of software to support their studies, use the University virtual learning environment and a wide range of electronic resources,and access the internet
- Receive support from a team of support advisors, subject librarians, IT and media technicians and academic skills specialists
The university has student IT facilities, and supported by a state-of-the art Internet network covering all key areas. The network gives fast internet access, as well as opening up all our on-line resources. There are printers located all around the campus. There are printers located all around the campus. IT support is readily available; there is extensive on-line help, or you can contact us via the Support and Information Zone counter or telephone (whenever the LRCs are open) or by email or self-service at any time.
