Introductory Session on H R System

The University’s staff had on Wednesday an introductory session conducted by the International Centre for Human Development (ICHD). The session took place as part of the program designed in association with the ICHD to introduce the staff to modern administrative system of human resources in three scheduled stages.

The session was attended by Dr. Ahmed Saif, CBT, Prof. Said Alghalibi, the Chancellor, and a large number of academic and administrative staff. In a lecture delivered by Mr. Abdulmalik Mulhi, an ICHD consultant and the program’s director, he defined the modern administrative and academic systems implemented at the university. He also urged the staff to positively interact with the program in order to get it well done according to the schedule. CBT and Chancellor, for their parts, talked about the importance of providing the center with the required facilities to carry out the project as soon as possible. According to them, it would be great for the university to establish an academic and administrative system that agrees with the latest HR systems of the developed world.
