New Computr Lab Launched in FECS

A new computer lab was officially opened last Saturday in Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science by Mr Ali El-Thayfani, the Secretary General, and Dr. Mansour El-Zabadi the FECS Dean.

The Lab is equipped with a large screen in addition to 25 computer devices using the Thin Client technology. This is a cutting-edge technology recently introduced into computer labs.

Mr El- Thayfani stressed that Al-Nasser always feels commited to importing the most upgraded educational aids and technologies. He also noted how the University is willing to apply the Thin Client technology to all existing labs.

For his part, Dr. Mansour El-Zabadi explained how the well-equipped lab is a quantum leap that gives the I T  Dept at Aptech Center its distinctive pratctical status. He urged students to further develop their skills making use of such facilities.
