Medical Plant Exhibition at Pharmacy Dept.

As part of the practical activities of Medical Drugs subject, a medical plant exhibition was set up by Faculty of Medical Sciences of Al-Nasser University. The activity was organized in the FMS’ medical plant nursery with the participation of 100 third-level students from Pharmacy Department.

During the activity, which aimed at providing the nursery with new medical plants, the participants conducted studies on some plants and presented detailed explanation on them. Moreover, they labelled each nursey plant with its scientific as well as common names, effectiveness, and use. In addition, stereoscopic and posters were exhibited at the building’s lobby that embody and give facts about some plants.

The event was organized in the presence of Mr. Ali Al-Thayfani (Secretary General), Dr. Wafa El-Madhaji (Head of Pharmacy Department), Dr. Wedad Mansour (Instructor of Medical Drugs), Dr. Layla El-Obaidi (a superintendent in Pharmacy Department), and gathering of the staff members and other FMS students.
