 Sending Your Research Papers

1. In order for your research to be published in Al-Nasser University’s semi-annual journal. Your research will be peer-reviewed by our academic doctors committee at the research office of Al-Nasser University.

3. You will attach your research with Arabic and English 200 words maximum as abstract briefing what your research is all about.
4. You will need to include a cover letter and your CV/Resume along with your research; making sure that you add your name,address of the yours, home and mobile phone numbers, in order to facilitate communication with you when necessary.
5. – If your research paper is accepted by the university research committee where your research must be original, authentic, contributed to knowledge, and follow the academic common rules; then, the committee will select confidentially the candidates who are their work research is scientifically valuable. The research committee has the authority to accept and reject any research papers sent by the researcher if found conditions don’t apply on the submitted research papers.
6. You will be notified after examining the validity of your research and the final decision to get published or not within three months of your submission
7. – In the case of of observing points of your research that requires modifications, the committee will send you notes in order for you to make the required adjustments, and then returned back to the committee within a period of one month maximum.
8. After your work gets published you will receive one copy of the magazine and direct link to your research location on the university website.

 Evaluation Fees

In order for us to publish all the researchers’ works, the researchers are required to pay the following fees:

• Research sent within the Republic of Yemen ( 15,000 ) fifteen thousand YR .
• Research sent from outside the Republic of Yemen ( $ 100 ) one hundred dollars.
• These fees are non-refundable either the research accepted for publication or not.
• Faculty members and researchers at Al-Nasser University exempted from the payment of fees.

General Rules

1. The submitted research doesn’t express university point of view, only the researcher’s him/herself.
2. When sending your research to us, you are acknowledging that the university has the full right of publishing and you’re not eligible to re-submit to anywhere else. In order for you to do so, you must send a letter to the research committee to decide.
3. Any research paper that has not been approved for publication will not be returned to the researcher.

For annual subscription to the research magazine as follows:

• Individuals from within Yemen amount of thousand YR (1000 ), and outside Yemen thirty U.S. dollars ( $ 30 )
• Institutions from within Yemen amount of two thousand riyals ( SR 2000 ), and outside Yemen sixty U.S. dollars ( $ 60 )
