Training Sessions for Students and Staff

Two training sessions on “Working under Stress” have been organized by Al-Nasser

University in conjunction with SAELKON.

In the first session targeting over 25 staff member, Trainer Abdullah El-Sha’rani tackled the methods of dealing with and adapting to stress. He, furthermore, discussed the characteristics, dimensions, as well as impact of stress on the collective performance of the staff.

In the second session, targeting a group of the University’s students, Trainer El-Ezi

El-Hatami discussed a variety of topics related to “crisis control.” He cast the light on how to control and overcome crisis.

Miss Dunia Ahmed, Director of College Training at SAELKON, noted how such sessions are conducted upon the cooperation agreement between the Org and Al-Nasser. She clarified

that SAELKON, fully aware of the pressures caused by the political situation, felt

committed to having an effective role in relieving pressures through organizing such training courses in collaboration with universities and institutions.
