University Organized Seminar on 2015/2016 Operational Plans

As part of the institutional restructuring project, a seminar entitled “Operational Plan Preparation” was organized by the University last Saturday, October 10, 2015. At the outset, Trainer Abdulmalik Mulhi made a detailed presentation on the mechanism of preparing operational plans.

Participants enriched the seminar with many points all of which emphasized the importance of planning for the institution’s success and development. They, besides, highlighted the need for a strategic plan that would implement the University’s mission objectives as well as a precise operational plan that would ensure a maximum achievement annually.

Participants included: Dr Ahmed Saif Muharram (CBT), Prof Abdullah Tahish (the Rector), Mr. Ali El-Thayfani (Secretary-General), deans of colleges, heads of departments, directors, and members of the staff.

At the conclusion, the Rector appreciated the participants’ care to take a real advantage of the seminar. He also stressed the need to conduct regular such like seminars towards having qualified staff capable of preparing and implementing plans in a systematic way. He invited attendees to quickly prepare the 2015/2016 plans of their respective departments and concluded with offering his sincere thanks to Trainer Mulhi and the participants as well.
