University Organized Staff Training Session on Operational Plans

A three-day training session on how to prepare operational plans was organized by the University for the Staff between October 20 and 22, 2014.  The session is part of the human resource development program implemented at the University by the International Training Centre under the supervision of Mr. Abdulmalik Mulhi.

Participants  in the session were: Prof. Saeed Alghalibi, the Rector,  Mr. Ali Althayvani , the Secretary-General, Dr. Mohamed Shawqi,  Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, heads of  the departments (English – Nursing – Pharmacology – Public Health), and directors of administrative departments at the University.

The participants were trained on the practical preparation of operational plans according to the respective duties they are in charge of.

The Rector made a speech in which he appreciated the trainees’ keenness on coming out of the training program with real benefits. He confirmed that the program still have many sessions intent to upgrade the University’s human resource system. He concluded with thanking the Trainer, Mr. Mulhi as well as the Centre’s management for the integrated and perfect implementation of the program.
